June is an awesome month – it’s the end of spring and the beginning of summer! This is the month I like to start introducing those fun and refreshing flavors of summer. And nothing says summer more than pink lemonade! Sweet, tart and full of citrus flavor, it’s a sign of the season, for sure.
I wanted to do something different with this flavor. I’ve seen pink lemonade cookies, and cupcakes… but wanted to create something unique and easy to whip up. That’s when fudge came to mind! This is a VERY easy recipe to make, with just 4 ingredients (plus sprinkles, if you want!). Plus, you might try other flavors with the same core recipe. Have fun!
What you need:
- 2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
- 1 packet (.23 oz) Pink Lemonade Kool-Aid
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- sprinkles (optional)
Make them:
Prepare an 8×8 pan by lining it with wax paper.
In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in the microwave, in 30 second intervals. Stir between each interval. Once melted (it took me about one minute and 30 seconds), stir in the Kool-Aid packet (dry) and extract.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth over evenly. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.
