Someone once told me, Clo “you need to find the happiness inside, you’re the only one that can make yourself happy.” She was right. These last few days have kicked my butt, but they’ve been worth it. 30 minutes of cardio, 25 minutes of strength training, 10 minutes of stretching and yoga. It’s been the best days of my life, yet the hardest. I’m getting stronger, I’m getting healthier and I’m getting happier. Don’t ever be afraid to make a change for the better and don’t give up because it gets easier every day.
What are some of your fitness goals?
Always slow on the uptake with TV shows, I (Jeni) just finished watching the White Collar series on Netflix. I was addicted to this show! First of all, Matt Bomer. Ohhhhhh, Matt Bomer. Let’s take a moment to appreciate a beautiful man this morning….

Ah, yes. White Collar. This show is totally awesome. Not only do you get to look at a seriously sharply dressed Matt Bomer the entire 6 seasons, it’s got recurring themes, great plots and interesting story lines. Matt plays a professional con man that starts working as a criminal informant for the FBI. Remember Kelly Kapowski from Saved By The Bell? She’s his handler’s wife in the show! But enough about plots and characters. Let’s have another look at Matt. I know it’s already making my morning better! He’s not usually my type (I prefer the bulkier, man’s man), but he sure makes me smile!

Oh my gosh!! Universal’s Wicked is finally a go. The studio announced Thursday that the musical adaptation of the hugely popular Broadway show and book will open in theaters Dec. 20, 2019. I, Clo couldn’t be more EXCITED!!

This week in the news it’s been pretty negative. So to wrap this week up I’m throwing in a film review that the Omaha World-Herald wrote on the new Disney movie Finding Dory that opens today in theaters everywhere!
I’ve always been a huge Disney fan so I’ve been quite excited for this movie. When Finding Nemo came out years ago I must’ve watched it over a dozen times. It’s just so adorable and funny. Now to solve the mystery of where’s Dory’s parents, Disney has created the movie Finding Dory. This movie takes you on an adventure to help Dory find his parents. With a few similarities and similar faces from Finding Nemo I think this is gonna be a good watch.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any input on how the movie is, as I haven’t seen it yet, but look forward to catching a screening tonight.

Fun! I’m not a huge cartoon/animated movie kind of girl, but I did enjoy Finding Nemo. I don’t really think I’ll see Finding Dory, but the buzz about it is pretty fun to watch! This is a great, positive and fun way to close out the week – FINALLY some good things going on in this world!

There really have been some negative stuff in the news lately and I wish it would all go away. BTW how could I forget about that BBW sale going on. I need to get a few stuff. I have guests coming to visit. BTW I’m taking my little one to see Finding Dory today and she’s excited.

Happy Friday! I can’t wait to see Finding Dory later today (I have tickets to see it at 5PM!). I’m spending my Friday watching season four of Orange Is The New Black and I couldn’t be more excited.
White Collar was one of my favorite shows. I loved the entire cast. And I’m looking forward to taking the kids to see Finding Dory. I love watching movies when it’s too hot to be out and about.
I can agree with you on the fitness goals! With warmer weather here, it is easier to be outside and active as well.

I can’t wait to take my kids to see Finding Dory. It looks like the cutest movie. Sometimes a nice cool movie is perfect during the heat of a hot summer afternoon.
I have really been trying to back in shape so my fitness goals are to tone up. I upgraded to a Fitbit charge HR and have been trying 21 day fix extreme to beat this plateau
I can’t wait to see Finding Dory. I still remember my mam taking my brother and I to see Finding Nemo.
