Butterscotch Pretzel Bars
These yummy little bars only take about 5 minutes to make, and 35 minutes in the fridge to set - a super fun and easy sweet treat that the kids can help make!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/5 cups butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups pretzels crushed slightly
Instructions
- Place the heavy whipping cream and semisweet chocolate chips in a small bowl.
- Microwave until smooth.
- Lightly crush the pretzels, and lay them on the bottom of a 9"x13" greased pan
- Pour the chocolate over the pretzels and smooth over.
- In another small bowl, microwave the butterscotch chips and peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour over chocolate, and squish mini marshmallows into it.
- Allow to set in fridge and cut in to squares!
