Made with a cake mix and dark chocolate + mint morsels, this recipe is super simple and absolutley decadent!
Ingredients
1box chocolate fudge cake mixI used Betty Crocker
1/3cupvegetable oil
2eggs
1teaspoonvanilla
1teaspoonmint extractthis is my favorite!
1bag Nestle Winter Dark Chocolate & Mint Morselsor any 10 ounce bag of chocolate + mint morsels
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In your mixer, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla until just combined.
Add peppermint extract until incorporated.
Fold in chips.
Chill dough for about a half hour, until it's sturdy enough to handle and scoop out into balls. This dough is very thick, so be prepared for that - thicker = fudgier! :)
Scoop out balls and set about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
