PHEW! Life is busy, ya’ll! My day starts at 4am with a workout to get my vibe flowing, a quick shower & breakfast, then an hour or so of blogging. The morning continues as I transform into a dinosaur-loving, ABC-reciting, overalls & bright shoes-wearing Preschool Teacher! It’s a nonstop, sometimes chaotic life, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I may be a firecracker when it comes to energy, but everyone needs a boost sometimes… and mornings are where I get that from noosa yoghurt.
noosa yoghurt is the PERFECT light, healthy, energy-packed breakfast for busy mornings. It’s simple, has great flavor options, is quick to grab, and makes a yummy breakfast or mid-morning snack. I’m pretty sure it’s the quality ingredients like real fruit, whole milk & a touch of wildflower honey that makes it so vibrantly energetic. It’s like nourishing “good mood food” that perks me up, gives me energy, and fills my belly.
My tastebuds love noosa yoghurt, too. It’s sooooo velvety, smooth, creamy & pops with real fruit. It’s by far better than any other yoghurt brand out there, in my opinion, because it’s so unique. Did you know noosa yoghurt was born in Australia and is made fresh on a Colorado farm daily? How cool is that??
Here’s a quick peek at my mornings:
A few days a week, I’ll grab my coffee, a noosa yoghurt, and my laptop and head outside. In this Texas heat (even at 5:30 am!) I’m looking for something sweet, refreshing, a little bit tart, and filling for my belly. I reach for lemon noosa® yoghurt or blueberry noosa® yoghurt in the 8oz tubs. It’s the perfect amount to get my mornings going. Both offer a little bit of sweet mixed with a little bit of tartness, are made from whole milk, and clearly, a lot of love. And BONUS – there are not artificial preservatives, and each tub is packed with 11g of body fueling protein. SCOOOOORE!
The lemon curd in the lemon noosa yoghurt stole my heart. Holy moly… it’s the perfect amount of tang and soft texture. Mixed in with the whole milk yoghurt, it’s absolutely Heavenly, ya’ll. Heavenly! If you’re a lemon lover like myself – pick some up. You won’t be disappointed!
My other favorite is the blueberry noosa yoghurt. Wild blueberry purée mixed with that velvety smooth whole milk yoghurt… mmmmmm! It’s like eating a fresh dessert for breakfast! I love the ratio of blueberry purée to yoghurt in these tubs, too. *chefs kiss*
That morning sun (and my class of 22 two-year-olds) will drain a girl! 🙂 Twice a week, I have especially long days. I’ll pack a mid-morning snack like vanilla bean blended noosa® yoghurt in the 4oz tubs that come in a 4-pack. While my kids are busy munching down on their lunch, I sneak in a little treat of my own! And it’s a probiotic yoghurt made with live & active cultures, which makes my tummy very happy.
That vanilla bean flavor is on point. It’s so sweet and refreshing with real Madagascar vanilla beans mixed in. It’s also a much healthier option than grabbing a cookie or a piece of the school lunch the kids are eating! Plus, with only 140 calories I can’t believe how well it fills me up! And seriously, I feel like it carries me through the day by offering more energy to my body. Do you know how FAST two-year-olds are!? 😉
If your busy life sometimes feels like it’s blowing passed you, take 5 minutes to sit down and breathe. Nourish your body with a delicious, high quality ingredient, protein-packed noosa yoghurt. Nourish your brain with a few minutes of sitting outside to listen to the birds chirp, see the sun rise, and relax. Your body and your brain will reward you, and help you remember why you love this busy, chaotic, crazy life of yours.
