If you’re wanting something a little different for dinner, but don’t have a lot of time – here’s a suggestion!  This Sweet n Sour Chicken is super easy, and adds a nice punch when you mix in sweet  & tangy rice vinegar.  Our favorite brand is Marukan, but you can use any bran you prefer.  You’ll whip this up in no time, and love it!
Serves 3-4

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (alternatively, you can use a rotisserie chicken and cut into chunks)
1 tablespoon Marina Sweet & Tangy Flavor Rice Vinegar
2 cups sweet n sour sauce
4 cups white rice
1 egg
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
Cube and cook chicken in a skillet with a little oil.  Mix 1 tablespoon Marukan Sweet & Tangy Flavor Rice Vinegar with your favorite sweet & sour sauce. To prepare our fried rice, we boiled white rice, then added a scrambled egg, peas and corn to it.  Mix in a little more Marukan Sweet & Tangy Flavor Rice Vinegar  to your taste.  Lay the chicken over the rice then pour your sweet & sour sauce over it.  Voilá!  A quick, easy and super tasty dinner for your family!
