Strawberry Lemon Fudge

Strawberry and lemon just go together – like peanut butter and jelly, or mint and chocolate – it’s a classic combination worthy of celebrating every summer. Let’s combine two flavors of fudge to create a deliciously sweet and tart treat! This recipe is crazy easy to make – so easy, you could definitely involve the kids in preparing it!

What you need:

Make It:

Prepare an 8×8 pan by lining it with wax paper.

In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in the microwave, in 30 second intervals. Stir between each interval.

Once melted (it took me about one minute and 30 seconds), separate equally into two bowls.

Stir in the lemon gelatin packet into one bowl and the strawberry into the other. If it starts getting too hard to stir, just pop it back in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Pour the lemon fudge into the prepared pan and smooth over evenly.

Pour the strawberry fudge on top and smooth over evenly.

Add sprinkles.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.

Jeni’s Disclaimer: I’m just a regular girl.  I love to drink wine while I bake.  I’m by no means a professional baker or pro photographer. My creations aren’t staged, they just are what they are, and that’s probably obvious from the pictures.  I create my recipes from inspiration of scents and flavors around me. I also repurpose my grandma’s old recipes. If you love to bake and your food ends up looking like REAL food, and not like something you’ll see on Instagram, you’re in the right place.

I”m not necessarily a strawberry lemon fan but I’ll have to give this to my sister in law she is always looking for fun things to bring in for the class and parents especially bright and cherry looking deserts that are simple enough. Looks great!
