This is about the EASIEST recipe for the lightest, airiest and tastiest cookies you could ever make. Your cookies will be super soft and moist, and probably won’t last long, so we suggest making a few batches!
1 box of your favorite cake mix
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add in egg and mix well, then add in vanilla and continue to mix. Slowly add the cake mix. Your dough will be very sticky. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper (or non-greased) cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes, or until the tops begin to crack. Let cool on racks, and enjoy!
