Recipe: Kielbasa Soup!

Tired of the ho-hum recipes you have, using kielbasa? Instead of throwing links on the grill, or chopping up to add to goulash, consider this amazing recipe from our friend Robin! She made this yummy Kielbasa Soup that she suggests making on weekends, for company, football games or whenever you need a little something different!



INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Polish Kielbasa 2 lg cans of tomatoes 1 10-12 oz pkg small macaroni 4 Beef Bouillon cubes 8 cups of water 2 tsp. Basil (I use jar) 2 tsp. Oregano (I use jar) 2 tbsp. Garlic (I use jar) Tabasco sauce, to taste Salt and pepper, optional Start by cutting kielbasa into bite-size pieces. In a very large stew pot combine kielbasa, basil, oregano and garlic. Brown together for five (5) minutes. Add chopped up canned tomatoes with the liquid. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water. Add bouillon and remaining water. Add macaroni and simmer ten (10) minutes. Add Tabasco sauce to taste and simmer at least 20 minutes. Best served with heavy bread. This recipe can be easily adjusted to serve 2 to 100.
