How about a new, fun, fresh, light, summery fudge!? Pineapple fudge! Sounds good, right? It’s so simple and absolutely one of my most requested fudges that I make now. It’s only 4 ingredients, but it tastes like it was professionally made. Prepare to make your new favorite fudge….
What you need:
- 2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
- 1 box (3 oz) pineapple Jell-o or gelatin
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- sprinkles (optional)
Make It:
Prepare an 8×8 pan by lining it with wax paper.
In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in the microwave, in 30 second intervals. Stir between each interval.
Once melted (it took me about one minute and 30 seconds), stir in the gelatin packet (dry) and extract. If it starts getting too hard to stir, just pop it back in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth over evenly.
Add sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.
