Have you stuck to that new year resolution? Need a little motivation to get yourself into a healthier lifestyle without hating the process? Naked Nutrition is here for you! They use the only the purest ingredients, and they are extremely transparent about what you’re putting in your body. I’ve been a fan of this company for about 4 years now… and get pretty excited with each new release! They just launched a new line – Naked Oats!

This company looks you in the eyes when it speaks to you. It doesn’t sugar-coat, and has no desire to keep secrets from you. It’s straight, to the point, and bares all. I LOVE that! No crazy marketing gimmicks or click-baity campaigns… just good nutrition products made with honest ingredients. Your body knows the difference between natural ingredients and artificial stuff! From protein powder to super greens – they have you covered.
Let’s talk high protein oats. I’m a newbie to the overnight oats craze… so when Naked Nutrition released their Naked Oats, I had to try. I grabbed the Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Oats, and OMG! Ya’ll, I don’t think I’ll need to experiment anymore after trying these. I’m absolutely in love with the ingredients, versatility, flavor, and benefits!
I added some almond milk and chia seeds to mine, let it sit overnight in the fridge, then topped it with some banana slices. It was absolute perfection, without that chalky protein taste. I stayed full all day and even had extra energy! Tomorrow, I’ll make a shake to take with me on my commute to work.

And, by the way, they aren’t exaggerating when they say they “bare it all.” Look at that label! EVERYTHING is there, it’s crazy easy to read & understand, and you won’t have a single question about what you’re putting in your body. Even better, it’s all the good stuff, and they make it taste great! I’m legitimately a HUGE fan of this company.

Up next, I’ll be trying the Cinnamon Roll Protein Oats and the Green Apple Protein Oats. But the flavors aren’t the only thing I love about these. they use premium grass-fed whey with gluten-free rolled oats – so you can make an awesome 30-second shake, smoothie, OR oatmeal that helps support lean muscle, energy stability, and even helps with digestion.  SIGN.
