Good morning, lovies!! So, you may have seen this floating around social medial lately – Golden Girls costumes. As a HUGE (like, ridiculously huge) fan…I’m NOT impressed. I get it. They are popular right now and newbie fans are making them bigger. But these aren’t even really costumes. They are just outfits they modeled after similar (sort of) outfits that the Golden Girls wore. I think they are pretty lame and horrible, honestly. Plus, they are just regular clothes circa the ’80s – nothing really stands out and screams, “Golden Girls.”
You can find them at Target – although they are selling out really quickly. They might come back into stock.
What big Halloween costume trends are you seeing this year?
I (Jeni) LOVE coffee and LOVE to bake. Obviously. My friend, Laurie, surprised me last week with a “just because” gift in the mail. It was this awesome “I just want to drink coffee and bake things” t-shirt! It’s just $19.99 and fits true to size (which is rare when you buy online, right?!)
Dog lovers will seriously fall for these adorable Dog Socks! The 4-pack is $14.99. I (Sarah) know a lot of people that would adore these socks! I’m not even a dog owner or lover, and I think they are pretty cute! The paws on the bottom really got me 🙂
Guess what? The McDonald’s McRib is coming back on October 7th! Yep – and that cult following is seriously rejoicing! Of course, they don’t tell you how long it’s going to be on the menu…. but it’s definitely coming back!! Did you know there’s even a website dedicated to McRib sightings?!
What’s your favorite fast food item?
These are AMAZING! They are Rocking Monster Toys, and come in three types: ghost, octopus, and shark. They are all super safe and well-balanced, made for kids 3-4 feet tall. These are certainly more unique than the classic rocking horse, that’s for sure!
Do your kids have ride-on toys?
Um…YES! Taco Tuesday gets amped up with this Taco Tuesday Book! It has over 50 recipes to make your Taco Tuesday better and different every week. mmmmmmmm! It’s a great way to discover unique taco recipes for sure! Now I (Sarah) want some tacos.
What are your favorite tacos?
Because…. it does! 
This coffee makes me poop is an awesome mug for any coffee lover with a silly sense of humor!
Do you have mug that’s perfect for you?
Well, I (Jeni) just got a 14! Is that pretty high….or low? Who knows. I just know what I like and what I don’t!

Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast… oh my gosh. This sounds absolutely amazing! I (Sarah) am making this for dinner tonight with a side of bacon and orange juice. Because breakfast for dinner is ALWAYS fun! I can’t wait to see how mine turn out….probably not like the picture

I have never had a McRib. I am not sure why. I lover that Rocking Monster Toy. It is perfect for my Grandson. I have been obsessed with Tacos lately so I need that cookbook.

We were invited to a Halloween party in a couple of weeks. I never would have thought about going as a Golden Girl, but I love the idea! The costumes are adorable and I bet they would be a great conversation starter! xx

I heard about the mcrib coming back. I hear a lot of people are really excited. I have not actually tried it before. I think I’ll be giving it a try when I do see it.

I would totally dress up like The Golden Girls, that’s a fun costume idea for Halloween. I hope that the weather cooperates this year though, so we can dress up and get out there all looking awesome for trick or treating with the kids.
I’m not sure if it’s available everywhere, but I get 10 free movies a month from Hoopla. I just link my library card and get to check out the movies or tv shows that I want.
The McRib… had it one time and never again. I think it’s one of those things you really like or really hate. Sadly, I’m the latter.
