My (Jeni) brother had two rats as pets when we were kids. He named them Rhyme and Reason. He taught them to play basketball, and they literally did play basketball. I hated them – gross. But this story made me think about them… because a rat named Darius, painted with his FEET!
Amalie Anderson was Darius’ owner… he died in early 2019, but before he did, he created lots of art that went viral! Rat art… HA! She even sold 3-4 of his paintings. It’s a fun story that made me remember my brother’s pet rats – and I can definitely appreciate what they did now, so much more!

Did or do you have pets that had special talents?
I (Sarah) love these. Data compiled into a dynamic chart like this – it’s interesting to me! It’s neat to see what a majority in the state prefers, compared to individuals, too, so chime in in the comments about this!
Of course – there are a lot of these infographics that come out, and all seem to be different! This is the CandyStore infographic that is updated every year, and combines 12 years of collected data. If you love shrimp… like, REALLY love shrimp, there’s a pillow that was MADE for you! 🙂 This Shrimp Neck Pillow is hilarious and really does look like a huge shrimp! HA!
What food could you cuddle with in pillow form?
How freaking cute is this!? It’s a Mini Pop Tart Maker and I (Sarah) need it in my life! It looks simple enough and there are instructions inside about how to make the dough from scratch – which seems easy enough for even me to do! 
Do you know someone that would love making their own Pop Tarts?

This Hot Sauce Challenge Book has my (Sarah) mouth already watering. I’m not a spicy food fan, but know a lot of people that love it. I would probably last through the first bottle or the first challenge and that’s about it.

It’s BBQ season still, here in Texas (90 degree days even in OCTOBER!) – so checking out creative burger recipes is always something I (Jeni) do. This Corn & Blue Burger seriously caught my eye! Blue cheese, corn, pickle relish… yah, it’s a mix of weird but sounds AMAZING! Get the recipe HERE!

You have me really hungry today!! I love shrimp and eat them at least one time per week. As for favorite candy, Hot Tamales are my favorite! I could eat a whole box in one sitting and have.

I have a blogger friend who is obsessed with rats. I bet she’d get a kick out of rat paintings. My daughter spends so much money on bubble tea, I may have to get her that bubble tea kit for Christmas!

My daughter is absolutely in love with Rats currently. Has been begging for one for a while. She thinks the rat painting is absolutely amazing and now she wants her rat (if she gets one) to do the same thing! lol

I could never have a pet rat. I had a behavioral psych class in college and we used rats. My lab partner had to handle ours because I couldn’t touch them.

Alaska’s favorite is Twix? I don’t know why I’m not surprised after living there for a few years. And that Shrimp Neck Pillow looks but I don’t think I can use it. lol I’ll probably be imagining the smell of fish all night haha.

I’m surprised that Skittles made American top 10 candy. I’m a snicker fan but I would of thought it was Reeses Cups.
