I love the iHealth Edge. I wear it primarily as a watch around my wrist, and it has a very modern look and feel to it. It’s super comfortable and stays put while I’m exercising without sliding up and down my wrist like other similar devices do. If you don’t like wearing a watch, you can also wear the iHealthEdge as a clip and clip it to the belt loop on your shorts or jeans. The versatility makes it easy to take with me regardless of what activity I’m doing.

One thing I don’t like about devices that help with your exercise program and keeping track of your activity, is how much programming is required to make them work. There is virtually no programming at all with the iHealth Edge. It’s ready to go in minutes, and it knows when I’m exercising and when I’m resting. It keeps track of the time I spend exercising and the calories I’ve burned. When I’m done exercising, it gives me a report letting me know how I’ve done for the day. It makes it super easy to keep track of my exercise goals.

The iHealth Edge stays on 24 hours a day. I don’t have to press a lot of buttons, or change settings, or anything else that’s complicated with the iHealth Edge. In fact, there are no buttons to fool with. When I go to sleep at night, the iHealth Edge keeps track of how long I sleep, when I get up to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water, and when I wake up for the day. It shows me how well I’m sleeping, and shows me what I need to work on to get a better night’s sleep.

All of the information collected by the iHealth Edge is quick and easy to access using my cell phone. The iHealth Edge can be synched on both Apple and Android devices, and I can share my information directly with my health care provider, who can make suggestions on how to accomplish my exercise goals.

I love that the iHealth Edge takes all of the computation and calculation out of exercising. I no longer have to worry about counting steps or counting calories, because the iHealth Edge takes care of all of that for me, and I don’t even have to tell it that I’m going to exercise.

The iHealth Edge includes 2 wristbands, one black and one grey so that it will match any outfit. It also includes an ultra comfortable sleep wristband, a clip to allow you to hook it to your belt loop, and a charging dock.
