Kids don’t always need a huge set of building toys with multiple pieces to capture their imagination. They don’t even need the bells and whistles that come with their favorite character’s plush toys. Sometimes, it’s the simple, little toys that will keep them entertained for hours. That’s what Hatch ‘n Heroes believes, and that’s why they offer great little toys that start out as an egg, and “hatch” into a hero!
I, Jeni, received 2 Hatch ‘n Heroes to review: Toy Story Buzz Lightyear and Woody.
These are too cool! Each one is really detailed and depicts the characters really well. I was equally impressed with the ease at which the “hatch,” because I was concerned it might be a little too complicated for a young child to do on their own. They are made for kids ages 4 and up, and it’s super simple to maneuver the piece, since it’s one, single toy – not multiple pieces that have to be put together and taken apart. Not only does that keep a toy with lots of perks and gadgets to it, all in one piece, it’s easier to keep track of.
They are really fun, because one you “hatch” the little character that’s balled up neatly into an egg shape, you have an action figure to play with, that has rotating and moveable arms and legs! That’s like 2 toys in one! These travel really well, too – because they ball up so nicely, you could throw multiple Hatch ‘n Heroes in a backpack and go! There are some really fun characters that Hatch ‘n Heroes has, to keep current with the latest trends of what kids want: Disney Cars, Toy Story, Big Hero, Nemo, Easter eggs and much more.
