Here’s a fun appetizer or dinner idea for the family! Crock Pot Nachos! This easy recipe can be made in just about 30 minutes with very little prep time. Serve at your next football get together, BBQ or party, or make it for a yummy and filling dinner!
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 brick Velveeta (the large box)
1/2 brick Cream Cheese (8 oz)
2 cups Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)
2 cups Monterey Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
2 diced jalapeños
diced bell pepper (color of your choice)
3 c milk
Cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Dump all of the ingredients into a crock pot. Turn on low for several hours, OR high for about 20-30 minutes. Scoop over tortilla chips, or use small serving bowls to dip the chips in. ENJOY!
