For some, the emergence of pumpkin spice latte might be the hint of the fall season. For me, it’s Boo Berry and the other monster cereals that come out this time of year! Halloween season is so fun. I figured there had to be a way to incorporate Boo Berry Cereal into a baked treat, and I have to say – I NAILED IT with this one! These are fun, fruity, and super duper easy to make!
What you need:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (12 ounce) large marshmallows
- 6 cups Booberry Cereal
- 1 cup freeze dried blueberries (I use Good & Gather brand, but you can use any!)
- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
Make them:
Line a 9×13″ baking pan with tin foil, and spray lightly.
In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat until well combined & totally melted.
Stir in blackberry jam until fully incorporated.
In another bowl, toss the cereal and blueberries until well mixed.
Add the cereal/blueberry mixture to the marshmallow mixture and coat.
Pat down into your pan, and let set for at least an hour before cutting.
ENJOY!

My creations aren’t staged, they just are what they are, and that’s probably obvious from the pictures. I create my recipes from inspiration of scents and flavors around me. I also repurpose my grandma’s old recipes. If you love to bake and your food ends up looking like REAL food, and not like something you’ll see on Instagram, you’re in the right place.
