This is a great family meal that goes a long way and is great to eat! You can whip this up and put it on noodles and spaghetti squash, if you are needing a gluten free meal or just trying to eat better!
1 lb hamburger beef
1 lb sausage (hot, mild or medium heat)
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce ( chunky garden veggie)
1 green bell pepper
1 sweet onion
1 can diced tomatoes
2 big squirts of ketchup
(all these to taste)
spaghetti noodles (1 box)
Cook meat until brown and drain your meat from the extra grease. Add sauces, tomatoes, seasoning, onion, bell pepper and ketchup. Cook on a low heat till the bell pepper and onion are no longer crunchy. Boil noodles until tender and drain. Serve noodles with sauce… if you like add some cheese and enjoy your meal!!
