Apple Chicken Sausage
Broccoli
Baby Carrots
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up sausage into bite-sized pieces, and brown on the stove, in a medium sized pan, with olive oil.
Chop fresh broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and place veggies and sausage on it. Drizzle olive oil to coat, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes or until it reaches your desired tenderness.

I think it sounds good But, different.
You almost don’t need any added oils because the sausage may produce enough oil for the whole dish.
