Halloween is one of the biggest holidays during the entire year. This is the time of the year goblins, ghosts, princesses and more travel from door to door in search of the best candy available. Not only is this a great time to stock up on candy, but a lot of friends and families hold spooky parties. The spookier the dessert, the bigger response.
While browsing around one day, we stumbled upon this spooky dessert. This Easy Halloween Cauldron Brownies Recipe uses a homemade brownie recipe and is topped with rich frosting. What I loved most about this recipe was the frosting can be changed, and this recipe could be used for other seasons! If you can find some Halloween themed sprinkles, I bet it would look cute on top of these.

To make these brownies, follow these simple steps:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the mini cupcake tins with baking spray.
-Mix cocoa, baking soda, 1/3 C of canola oil and boiling water together until all ingredients are blended.
-Add sugar, eggs and the other 1/3 C of canola oil.
-Mix all ingredients together.
-Spoon brownie batter to each lined mini cupcake tin until 2/3′ s full.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
-Spray the bottom half of the 2nd cupcake tin with baking spray.
-Removed the baked brownies from the oven and immediately push the 2nd cupcake tin into the brownies.
-Keep both of the cupcake tins pressed together until the brownie cups are cool.
