These Fully Loaded Pasta Shells are so much fun to make – especially because you can add your own ingredients or make up your own recipe with them!  Just a few shells will fill you up, so pairing with a fresh, green salad is what we suggest.  These are so yummy, each with their own unique flavors.  It’s also a nice way to use up leftover meat you may have from previous dinners.  Change the meats or cheeses to create your own favorites, or try out the amazing combinations we came up with:

1/2 roll of Italian Sausage
15-20 pieces pepperoni (diced)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 shredded mozzarella
This will fill 6-8 shells nicely, so plan accordingly!
Cook sausage.  Let cool, and mix with all other ingredients.  Stuff into shells, and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.  Place shells in shallow baking dish. Cook at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to turn golden.
2 Chicken (boneless, skinless breast – cooked and shredded)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup onion (diced & sautéd)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
This will fill 6-8 shells nicely, so plan accordingly!

Cook and shred chicken.  Diced and sauté onions in butter or oil.  Let cool, and mix with all other ingredients.  Stuff into shells, and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.  Place shells in shallow baking dish. Cook at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to turn golden.
